Description

Savour the experience and hospitality that welcomes thousands of Irish race fans each year with a trip to the Cheltenham Gold cup race festival. Our trip includes Tattersalls tickets on both days which allow you entry into the Guinness Village and top class viewing. With plenty of entertainment off track it’s a trip not to be missed.

Itinerary

Day 1: We catch the morning sailing to North Wales and travel southwards making comfort stops en-route reaching our hotel in Swindon early evening. The hotel is in the centre of town allowing plenty of scope for entertainment.

Day 2: After breakfast we travel to Cheltenham, arriving in plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere before the start of the days racing.  A special day today for all the Irish as we celebrate St. Patrick’s day at the races.  After the last race we return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 3: This morning we leave for the highlight of the weeks racing. The Cheltenham Gold Cup.  Another full days racing to enjoy.  Again we return to hotel after the last race.

Day 4: After breakfast we travel to Cheltenham in plenty of time for the first of the days races. Today is Ladies Day, so all you ladies dress up for the occasion.  After the last race we travel the short journey to Birmingham for our last night. This means we don’t have as long a journey to catch our ferry home the following day.  Dinner is served on our arrival at the hotel.

Day 5: After breakfast we travel to Holyhead for our afternoon sailing to Ireland, arriving home early evening.
