The slogan “Doing ordinary things extraordinarily well” is an understatement as Matthews Coach Hire have just completed fitting WIFI to their exquisite fleet of 23 coaches.
This new feature will allow passengers onboard the Matthews Coaches to access the Internet while they are on the coach to one of the many destinations that Matthews service. This facility is been offered free to all passengers on board the coach who have a wap-enabled phone or have access to their Laptop.
Already the service has been on a number of coaches and the feedback has been astonishing. People can’t comprehend that Matthews offer this service free while companies around the country introduce cutbacks.
On talking to Matthews Coaches, Paddy Matthews MD, informed me that after extensive customer service research, it was revealed that many passengers felt the journey up to Dublin although is fast and efficient, would not be wasted time if they could have access to their emails and maybe get a head start on their days work. Supplying these people with the WIFI enables them to have an hours work done as they travel, thus making their work day less strenuous.
Paddy Matthews feels that been a small private company gives him a benefit of flexibility in introducing these benefits to his much appreciated customers. Matthews has always embraced modern technology and where first to introduce the Alcolock system, vehicle tracking system and CCTV in all coaches. No doubt about it Matthews is way ahead of the pack in safety, security, comfort and customer care.
