I’ve been meaning to write my thoughts on your company for quite some time.
I moved to Bettystown nearly 3 years ago and soon spotted one of your coaches passing through. Since that date I have availed of your service.
I work in customer service and, therefore, recognize good service when I see it. I don’t classify the service that you provide as good, I class it as outstanding. I think the reliability is second to none. I find the drivers friendly and helpful even waiting for people who they can see are doing their very best to ensure they don’t miss the coach they are aiming for. You rarely see this in other public service providers.
In light of recent adverse weather conditions my opinion of your company has escalated to a standard I’ve never seen anywhere in the world. As I have travelled extensively and lived in a few different countries, I feel that I can say this with some conviction.
Your website has clarity, is consistently up to date and informative and the same applies to your voicemail service. This is very re-assuring to know that, even if you can’t provide the service for whatever the reason, you ensure that people are aware of this.
I always have and will continue to recommend your company to anyone I know, as good service is so rarely commented on or praised, and people are always quick to attack when they receive bad service.

Dear Colm,
Just a note to thank you for the excellent trip to Manchester that you organised for the school. Everything went so well. The hotel was a great choice with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The schedule was perfect with not a moment wasted.
Your Driver Joe Lyons was the Life and Soul of the trip and he kept us all entertained. Nothing was too much trouble for Joe and we appreciate his kindness on so many occasions.
On behalf of both the students and staff I would like to say how much we appreciate the service and we are looking forward to repeating it.
